Southern Gear Celebrates 2018 with Annual Holiday and Employee Recognition Party

On December 8th, more than 150 employees and their families gathered at the Rusty Pelican on beautiful Key Biscayne to celebrate a successful 2018, to recognize employees celebrating anniversaries with the company, and, of course, to celebrate the holiday season.  The gorgeous ballroom overlooking the bay was filled with the sound laughter and salsa music, as everyone joined a lovely luncheon and dancing.  Southern Gear is proud that our company is like a family, with husbands and wives, children, and relatives working together.  We are also incredibly proud that so many of our employees spend their entire careers with us and that the average is length of employment is nearly 20 years!
