Southern Gear is equipped to perform every type of machining at our plant including: turning, milling, grinding, and gear cutting/grinding.  This ensures that our customers’ parts are manufactured in our plant, under our control, and under our AS 9100 D quality system and LEAN Manufacturing processes.  Southern Gear’s total management of the entire production sequence allows us to increase efficiency and optimize quality in order supply mission-critical parts to the aerospace and other demanding industries on time and on budget.
